Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

To start a damage claim, you can contact madi@drinkelysi.com. Once we've evaluated and proven your claim we will swiftly issue a replacement item. (Must be within 7 days of receiving your order)
